I use Nvidia cards and I love the Physx integration, but shouldn't this count for something?

Granted it does require a dedicated card, but at least it doesn't have to be the same model as the one you're using for rendering.
I've been waiting for this for a while now. This is like the third time it's been delayed. :(
Try B A B A up down B A left right B A start for level select and 10 lives in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 for NES.
I like the fact that you can fold it in half and carry it in your pocket without a case and you don't have to worry about scratching the screens.
This hurts me...
Multiplat or not, I don't care. I just want this game.
You know, I think I'll just stick with my M33 custom firmware. It really is what makes the PSP worth owning imo.
To take it a step further, there would be 2 options. Either the one console out there would be $800 - $1000 and so few people would buy it that nobody would make games for it, or it would be cheap and outdated hardware with few impressive games. Both these options leave out choice and neither one is something I'd be comfortable spending my money on.
Simply put, Fallout is widely considered the greatest WRPG franchise of all time. It's like the WRPG equivalent of Starcraft.
That places you in my first category, which is fine by me. It's the people who don't even want to play the system but still complain that get on my nerves.
We can only hope he lets the review sites tell him what's good, because that will guarantee he plays this. Then maybe he'll be possessed of one less ridiculously asinine opinion.
Anyone who has ever played Fallout 1 or 2 knows that anyone who underestimates the franchise not only doesn't know what they are talking about, but also making themselves out to be a fool. This game franchise is widely considered the pinnacle of the WRPG genre, and for good reason. Claiming that the FF series could somehow be better when you have never played Fallout is like claiming Ridge Racer is better than Gran Turismo when you have never even played GT.
PS the irony o...
1) How do they know?
Most likely by the voltage increase.
2) How do they know the voltage increase is caused by a fan and not something used to give an advantage over others, such as an overclocked CPU?
They probably can't tell.
3) Is this allowed by their TOS?
No.
4) Why are people who don't even own the console crying foul?
Either they're waiting for MS to change their policies so they can feel safe jumping in, which i...
I think Earth Defense Force 2017 was really unappreciated. It was a lot of fun for a budget no-name game. Kind of like a video game version of a B-movie. I also agree Crush was great, but underappreciated.
You say that like it's a bad thing. You do understand there is more than one way to make a JRPG, don't you? The man is credited with the very JRPG franchise Americans love so much, and now that he finally found a way to have creative control over his own games again, some people feel the need to hate simply because he makes games for a console they don't own.
Uncharted got a 4/5 star (i.e. an 8) review score from Playstation Official Magazine. Was that a biased review? No. It was an honest opinion, which is exactly what I would imagine Gamespot's reviews are. BTW Orange Box is one of the best games on any system this year. The only people who say it's not a great game are the ones who haven't played it.
Welcome to the next gen.
While I enjoy my 360 and play it more than my PS3 or Wii, every one of these annoyances is true. MS is lucky they have so many awesome games or these problems may have become an issue for me.
Which must be why, years after its initial release, it's still considered by many to be the best FPS ever made.
I've seen that demo. It was very impressive. I use 2 8800GTs in SLI so I don't know what it's like with a single card, but the fact that it can be done (and done well) definitely trumps this ATI workaround. But like I said, the fact that they *can* process physics using their graphics cards should count for something in the context of this article.
